Shipping Information
We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. Please see below for our shipping methods and timeframes:

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Adhesives & Finishing products (e.g., Color Preservers, Epoxies)
- Color Treated components (custom-treated upon order)
- Cork Rings and other materials cut or customized to specific sizes
- CRB PRO series items (specialized and often made-to-order)

Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within one business day with a Return Authorization Number and shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed, using the same shipping method as the original order.
