Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adhesives & Finishing products (e.g., Color Preservers, Epoxies) for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Color Treated components as they are custom-treated upon order.
  • Cork Rings and other materials cut or customized to specific sizes.
  • CRB PRO series items which are specialized and often made-to-order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within one business day with a Return Authorization Number and shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed, using the same shipping method as the original order.
